Open Positions
Project Manager – EPC
Lead end-to-end EPC project delivery for data center and industrial clients. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication from FEED through commissioning.
- 8+ years of EPC project management experience
- Experience in data center or industrial construction
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project controls and earned value management
Electrical Engineer
Design and engineer electrical systems for mission-critical and industrial facilities. Develop detailed engineering packages and support construction teams through project completion.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
- PE license preferred
- Experience with power distribution and substation design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
Construction Manager
Oversee field construction activities for utility and industrial projects. Manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Experience managing large-scale field crews
- Strong safety leadership and OSHA knowledge
- Ability to travel to project sites across Texas
Procurement Specialist
Manage procurement activities for EPC projects including vendor qualification, bid management, purchase order execution, and material expediting.
- 4+ years of procurement experience in EPC or construction
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement management systems
